First Visit Experience
Your initial appointment will typically include an examination and a discussion of your treatment options. To ensure a smooth visit, please bring:
- Any x-rays from previous dentists, if available.
- A list of current medications.
- Completed dental insurance forms, if applicable.
Note: Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
