This vital role will support the daily operations of our dental practice while ensuring a smooth patient experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dental care. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency. Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Support financial management activities such as billing and collections. Coordinate with dental staff to maintain a high standard of patient care. Assist with human resources functions including staff training and development. Implement policies and procedures to enhance office workflow and patient satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in medical administrative support or similar role within a dental or medical office. Strong financial management skills with experience in billing and collections.
